John Ernst
J. Rapha Consulting

After serving eight years in the United States Navy John went through seminary and served as a youth pastor and a senior pastor for twelve years in California. After his time with the church, he went into the clinical mental health field where he worked with adults, youth, and children for nearly fifteen years all over the United States. John has worked with law enforcement, the homeless, those in addiction recovery, trauma recovery, and more.

As president of J. Rapha Consulting, John's passion is to be a servant leader who keeps Christ at the center of everything J. Rapha aims to accomplish.

Jennifer Crow

Jennifer has been a military spouse for more than fifteen years and has been in healing ministry for nearly ten years. In addition to being a wife and mother, Jennifer has played a critical role in the achievements of several ministries from both an administrative and leadership standpoint. Jennifer's passion is helping others find healing that only God can provide through personal relationship with Him and others.

 

As Vice President, Jennifer's heart is to humbly serve as a voice that promotes and advocates the advancement of healing opportunities in our community as well as providing a safe place for healing amongst the team.

Michelle Tiffany
J. Rapha Consulting

Michelle joins our board with a firm conviction that God is faithful to provide all we need, and also believes that we are to be diligent in managing our finances well. She has a long history in stewarding financial assets with integrity. Michelle is educated in business management, is a former tax preparer, and tax school instructor. In the non-profit sector, Michelle also served as treasurer for a community organization for multiple years in addition to being treasurer for a variety of fundraising events.

Michelle and her husband currently own and operate three small businesses and she is also a certified bookkeeper. Her mission is to help keep J. Rapha in a healthy financial state while providing oversight and maintaining financial transparency to the Board of Directors.

Samantha Means
Marine Corps Veteran

Samantha operates as a voice of one of the Founders of J. Rapha Consulting and provides assistance as a secretary for the Board of Directors. Samantha served four years in the United States Marine Corps, has worked intimately with men, women, and youth to heal from situational and complex-relational trauma. She has traveled the world serving at-risk populations on the mission field and has authored several books.

Samantha serves as the spokesperson for J. Rapha Consulting, spreading the message of healing in and through relationship with the Healer by means of speaking engagements and teaching opportunities.
